Our Age Friendly newsletters are full of information and links to a range of different sessions and activities aimed at supporting people in Hastings to age well.
Hastings Voluntary Action took part in the early work for Hastings to become an Age Friendly Community www.ageing-better.org.uk and are currently working with Independent Age and the National Academy for Social Prescribers to deliver Healthy Hastings sessions for older adults, bringing health information to you via in person sessions at Central Hall til Nov 2024.
HVA also host the Hastings Ageing Network which has continued to grow into a large and proactive network of organisations working with older people and representatives from older peoples groups all with the shared vision of making our town a great place to age in.
